ABA Water Systems
Demineralizing Resin
Mixed bed and dual bed systems
When you send your exhausted resins to
us bagged, bulk or in cells we carefully separate the components and
regenerate the resins to match your application. That's any type of
resin, any volume. It is this precision multi-stage regeneration process
which lets us supply a strong-acid cation resin to split the salts, plus
strong-base anion resins (Type 1 and Type 2) to remove chlorides and
sulfates and complete the demineralization process.
Unique Regeneration Process
Our special regeneration process
restores as much as 95% of the deionizing resins hydroxide form, and
regenerates up to 99% of the hydrogen form. So we can deliver a
regenerated resin that equals and, depending on the original brand and
mix, even exceeds the performance of virgin resin.
 |
Mixed-bed deionizing resin attracts salts and trace elements, and binds
these to the resin. Multistage regeneration cuts the binding knots and
restores the resins capacity to demineralize. |
New or Regenerated Resin For All Systems

Regenerating D.I. resin is not only cost effective, it also lets you avoid
all the problems associated with disposing of used resins. ABA regenerates your
mixed bed or dual bed deionizing resin, disposes of toxic byproducts, and
delivers to any North American location.
